At RADS our premises are highly secure, we have 24 hour recorded CCTV, night security guards and a smoke and intruder alarm system which is in line with all european regulations. All entry points to the premises are highly secure with steel doors and roller shutters, visitors report to the main office and are only given acces to the storage areas with the proper identification. Only RADS managers can access locks to give access to the storage areas. In the event of an alarm activiation the system will notify RADS managers, our security firm and the police or fire brigade, the normal response time to an alarm activation is under 5 mins.
A common misconception of offsite document storage is that it is expensive. Actually when you consider the cost of storage at your own premises along with the admin time used to manage your own archive in most cases an offsite solution is extremely cost effective. Also with RADS free collection and delivery service, storage costs can easily be budgeted for and with RADS there are no hidden extras or set up costs.
