RADS provide secure document storage for archives and documents, drawings, tapes, microfiches and computer disks.

The company meets a growing need to retain legal and professional documents for lengthy statutory periods and, for example, for BS5750 & ISO9002. At RADS you pay only for the space you use, we offer expandable storage – with an unlimited number of boxes available to our customers. If you need to retrieve a document outside of office hours, RADS operate a 24-hour retrieval and delivery service. Items can in some cases be delivered within the hour. There are no hidden charges in the service that RADS offer.

1993 - Company Establishment

The company was established in 1993 and was set up in the Radford area of Nottingham. The company, which comprised of only two members of staff at the time, started with just 1 client who required secure storage for 100 boxes.

2000 - Expansion into Self Owned Premises

By this time the company had outgrown its first premises and moved in to a self owned building in Colwick, where the number of units grew from 3 warehouses to 12 and the number of staff had tripped to a team of 6.

2015 - New 80,000 sq ft Modern Warehouse

The company had consolidated its previous premises into one new 80,000 sq ft modern warehouse and by 2017, the company employed over 20 full time staff.

2017 - Looking to the Future

Over the next 5 years, the company will be looking for another warehouse to add to their existing facilities in order to expand their operations and service more clients both locally and throughout the UK. Rads will be investing in training and expanding their workforce and prides itself on a low turnover of staff, which is a testament to the happy working environment that the Rads staff enjoy.
